Is Property Passport UK the same as a property logbook?
Yes — a Property Passport is Property Passport UK's term for what the industry calls a digital property logbook. The government and the Residential Logbook Association (RLBA) use the term "digital property logbook," while Property Passport UK uses "Property Passport." They refer to the same concept: a persistent, verified digital record for a specific property.
